学校变革情境中的教师情绪:回顾与展望

摘要 文献回溯发现,以往教师情绪相关研究主要从类型和过程两个视角对学校变革中教师情绪的表现进行探讨,并从变革特征、教师自身因素和学校组织特征等方面考察教师情绪的影响因素。未来研究,可从学校变革类型和教师情绪的关系、个体内视角走向个体间视角、教师变革情绪管理等方面予以拓展。 Through literature retrospective review, we found that the previous studies mainly discussed the teacher’ s emotional performance during the school transformation from the two perspectives of type and process, and examined the influencingfactors of teacher’s emotion from the aspects of the characteristics of school change, the factors of teachers themselves and thecharacteristics of school organization. Future research can be extended from the aspects of the relationship between the type ofschool change and the emotion of teachers, the perspective of individuals and the management of teachers’ emotion in schoolchange.
