摘要
城市音乐教育是近年来美育课程建设的新议题,是与学校基础课程相互促进、相互补充的有效形式。运用文献法、行动研究,以"百将"系列音乐教育为研究对象,文章梳理城市音乐文化活动与学生品格素养之间的内在关系,充分挖掘社会可利用人力资源与资金支持,构建行之有效、富有时代特色的城市音乐教育育人结构模型,为学校音乐教育建设提供改进及优化建议,促进学生人格塑造,提升城市音乐文化水平。
Urban music education is a new topic for discussion on the construction of aesthetic curriculum. It is a supplementform of fundamental music education in school. Using the literature method and the action research, this paper takes a series ofmusic educational activities launched by the SBCF - Shanghai Baijiang Charitable Foundation as the research object. The articlecombs the inner relationship between the city music cultural activities and the students’ character accomplishment, fully excavates the human resources and fund support in the society, and builds an effective and epochal characteristic urban music education structure model. And then we provide improvement and optimization suggestions for the construction of school music education, so as to promote shaping the students’ personality and raise the level of urban music culture.
