摘要
目的通过对超声洁牙时,使用一次性薄膜手套和丁腈手套吸唾对护理人员职业防护效果的评价,探讨一次性薄膜手套在超声洁牙吸唾过程中是否可以代替丁腈手套。方法超声洁牙过程中分别使用一次性薄膜手套和丁腈手套于患者口腔的正前方50 cm处进行吸唾,采用棉拭子法采集手部细菌标本,培养后进行菌落计数。结果吸唾前两种手套相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),使用一次性薄膜手套吸唾组细菌培养后菌落数量明显高于丁腈手套吸唾组(P<0.05)。结论一次性薄膜手套无法替代丁腈手套用于超声洁治吸唾中。
Objective To investigate the substitutability of disposable PE gloves for nitrile gloves in the process of ultrasonic scaling salivary absorption, the effects of occupational protection from the gloves are tested. Methods Respectively, using disposable PE gloves and nitrile gloves 50 cm right in front of oral cavity for salivary absorption, bacterial colony samples were collected in the cotton swab method, which were further cultivated and counted in cell culture. Results No statistical significance(P〈0.05) was found in two kinds of gloves before salivary absorption, while the number of bacterial colony from PE gloves group was far larger than those under nitrile gloves group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nitrile gloves cannot be replaced by disposable PE gloves in ultrasonic scaling salivary absorption.
