摘要 目的了解员工的依法执业水平和法律需求,探索提高员工法律素质的途径、措施及方法,提高依法执业水平,从而促进医院乃至社会的法制化水平。方法通过阐释某医院法制宣教实践,并对接受实践对象的1 008个样本进行效果调查和分析,参照近年来提高员工或公众法律素质的相关文献和调查。结果调查样本对岗位相关的法律法规知晓率达98.13%,关注和需要的法律法规主要集中在医疗纠纷、医疗执业相关法律法规以及执业防护、劳动和社会保障这几个方面,更倾向于电视、网络、报刊媒体的宣传报道等。结论公立医院宣教机制和队伍建设需要加强,形式和途径需要创新和拓展。 Objective To understand employees' legal quality and in accordance with the legal requirements, explore ways of improving employees' legal quality, measures and methods, improve the level of practice in accordance with the law, and social legalization level to promote hospital. Methods Through the interpretation of a hospital legal education practice, and 1 008 staff who accept the practice were investigated and analyzed, refer to the relevant literature and investigation to improve the legal quality of employees or public in recent years. Results The survey sample had a 98.13% knowledge of job-related laws and regulations. The laws and regulations that concern and need were mainly focused on medical disputes, medical practice related laws and regulations, and practice protection, labor and social security. Formally inclined to TV, network, newspaper and media coverage and so on. Conclusion Public hospital education system and team building need to be strengthened, forms and approaches need to be innovated and expanded.
