随着我国医药卫生体制改革的深入发展,临床药学在医院的作用日益重要,医院如何为民众提供更高质量的药学服务,如何保障临床药学服务的健康发展是亟待解决的问题,文章就现代医院临床药学学科未来建设的模式做了深入的探讨。通过了解临床药学历史沿革及国家相关法律法规和文献,掌握国内、外医院临床药学的工作现状和模式,探讨医院临床药学新的发展方向和模式。建议医院应从个体化、多元化的思路大力发展临床药学学科的建设,通过各种学习渠道培养医院临床药学人才,进一步缩小与国际临床药学发展的差距,适应未来卫生行业的发展趋势。

With the further development of the reform of the medical and health system in China, the role of clinical pharmacy in the hospital is becoming more and more important. How to provide higher quality pharmaceutical care for the public and how to ensure the healthy development of clinical pharmacy service is an urgent problem to be solved. This article disscuss the problem in depth on the future construction of clinical pharmacy in modern hospitals. To understand the history of clinical pharmacy and the relevant national laws and regulations and documents, to master the status and mode of clinical pharmacy in domestic and foreign hospitals, and to explore the new development direction and model of clinical pharmacy in hospital.The hospital should develop the discipline of clinical pharmacy from the individualized and pluralistic way of thinking, train the hospital pharmacy personnel through various learning channels, further narrow the gap with the development of international clinical pharmacy, and adapt to the development trend of the future health industry.
