从党的十六大提出的构建社会主义和谐社会这一重大历史课题以来,到党的十九大,"民生""就业""社保""养老"等词汇频频出现,表明我国政府对民生问题投入了极大的关注度,改善民生,为百姓造福成为当前社会与国家的重要课题。如何切实关注民生、改善民生成为摆在我们面前的突出问题,有必要针对该类问题加以研究,突出民生之本。这其中,公立医院是实现医疗服务公益性的重要机构,也是我国民生问题的解决途径之一,应重新定位公立医院的基本性质,还原其公益性本质,为百姓创造福利。以促进社会主义和谐社会的建立,激发社会组织活力。

It is necessary to study this kind of problems and highlight the root of the people＇s livelihood. Among them, the public hospital is an important organization to realize the public welfare of medical service, and it is also one of the ways to solve the problems of people＇s livelihood in our country. The basic nature of public hospitals should be redefined to restore the nature of public welfare and create welfare for the people. To promote the establishment of socialist harmonious society, to stimulate the vitality of social organizations.
