单孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术在Ⅰ～Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌中的应用

Single Utility Port Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Lobectomy for Stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术对Ⅰ~Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法抽取我院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用开胸式手术,给予观察组单操作孔胸腔镜肺叶切除术,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组手术时间、术后出血量、切口大小、住院时间和引流管留置时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予Ⅰ~Ⅱ期非小细胞肺癌患者单操作孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术可明显提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of single utility port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy on stage Ⅰ - Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects, and according to the method of treatment, they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with thoracotomy, and the observation group was treated with single utility port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the time of operation, postoperative blood loss, incision size, length of hospital stay and drainage tube were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of single utility port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer in Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, and promote the application value.
