CT引导下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术与传统(手术)胃造瘘术的临床观察

Clinical Observation on CT Guided Percutaneous Gastrostomy and Traditional Gastrostomy

目的观察CT引导下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术与传统(手术)胃造瘘术的临床效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年9月在我科室行胃造瘘术的56例患者随机分组为观察组、对照组,对照组给予传统(手术)胃造瘘术治疗,观察组给予CT引导下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术治疗,对比两组手术效果。结果两组手术成功率均为100%,P>0.05,观察组手术时间、住院时间较短,并发症出现概率、术后疼痛指数较低,P<0.05。结论 CT引导下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术比传统(手术)胃造瘘术临床效果更优。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of CT guided percutaneous gastrostomy and traditional gastrostomy. Methods 56 patients with gastrostomy in my department from January 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with traditional gastrostomy, and the observation group was treated with CT guided percutaneous gastrostomy, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The success rate of the two groups was 100%, P〉0.05. In the observation group, the operation time, the time of hospitalization was shorter, the incidence of complications and the postoperative pain index were lower, P〈0.05. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous gastrostomy is more effective than traditional gastric fistulas.
