应用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压患者的效果分析与评估 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压患者的效果。方法将我院2016年6月—2017年6月90例高血压患者分组(随机数字表法)。对照组给予单一缬沙坦治疗,观察组则给予缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组高血压治疗效果;控制血压达标时间;治疗前后患者血压监测水平值用药不良反应发生率。结果观察组高血压治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组控制血压达标时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组血压监测水平值相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组血压监测水平值优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应率和对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的应用效果确切,可更好控制血压,加速达标,改善预后,药物安全。 Objective To explore the effect of valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 90 hypertensive patients in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with single valsartan, while the observation group was treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide. The therapeutic effects of hypertension were compared between the two groups; the time to control blood pressure was controlled; the level of blood pressure monitoring before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed. Results The effect of hypertension in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05; The time of controlling the blood pressure in the observation group was better than the control group, P〈0.05; The blood pressure monitoring level of the two groups before the treatment was similar, P〉0.05, and the blood pressure monitoring level of the observation group was superior to the control group, P〈0.05. The adverse drug reaction rate in the observationgroup was not significantly different from that in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Valsartan hydrochlorothiazide is effective in the treatment of hypertension. It can better control blood pressure, speed up the standard, improve the prognosis and drug safety.
