当归芍药散加味治疗血瘀水停型心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the Treatment of Heart Failure Due to Blood Stasis and Water Stop

目的观察当归芍药散加味治疗血瘀水停型心力衰竭的临床效果,总结临床经验。方法选取慢性心力衰竭患者辨证属于血瘀水停型共计60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组按中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南,给予规范的西药抗心衰及冠心病原发病治疗;观察组在对照组规范治疗的基础上给予当归芍药散,每日1剂;疗程为4周,疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BNP水平及6MWT指标改善情况,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归芍药散加味治疗血瘀水停型心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Danggui Shaoyao powder in the treatment of heart failure due to blood stasis and water stop, and summarize the clinical experience. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure due to blood stasis and water stop in the department of cardiology were selected, which were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in China. The observation group was given 1 doses of Radix Angelicae Radix Paeoniae daily on the basis of conventional treatment; the control group was in the routine. For 4 weeks the efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, while the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%, the total effective rate of the two group was significant（P〈0.05）. The BNP level and the improvement of the 6 MWT index in the observation group were significantly different from the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Danggui Shaoyao powder is effective in the treatment of heart failure due to blood stasis and water stop.
