多层螺旋CT与MRI联合诊断对腕关节损伤患者的应用价值评价 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)与核磁共振成像(MRI)联合诊断对腕关节损伤患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年10月—2017年10月我院收治的90例腕关节损伤患者进行研究,将所有患者分为MSCT组、MRI组以及MSCT联合MRI组,对比不同检查方法下腕关节损伤的检查效果。结果 MSCT组患者的腕关节损伤检出率为63.3%,MRI组为70.0%,联合诊断组的检出率为96.7%。联合组的检出率明显高于MSCT组与MRI组(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT联合MRI对于腕关节患者有较高的检出率,对于关节脱位组织处及骨折组织处的显像显著,具有较高的临床实用价值。 Objective To study the clinical application value of MSCT and MRI in the diagnosis of patients with wrist injury. Methods 90 cases of wrist injury admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were studied. All patients were divided into group MSCT, group MRI and MSCT combined with MRI. The examination results of wrist injury under different examination methods were compared. Results The detection rate of wrist injury in group MSCT was 63.3%, 70.0% in group MRI, and 96.7% in combined diagnosis group. The detection rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of group MSCT and group MRI(P〈0.05). Conclusion MSCT combined with MRI has high detection rate for wrist joint patients. It has significant clinical value for joint dislocation and fracture tissue.
