舒适护理在重症监护室的应用价值

The Value of Comfort Nursing in Intensive Care Unit

目的观察重症监护室护理中舒适护理的应用价值。方法选择2017年1—12月我院重症监护室收治的112例危重症患者,根据患者及其家属选择的护理干预模式予以分组,对照组患者选择常规护理,研究组患者选择舒适护理,比较两组患者护理后临床效果。结果研究组患者生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,研究组患者ICU监护时间显著短于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予重症监护室患者舒适护理,能够提高患者的生活质量,缩短ICU监护时间,是理想的护理干预模式。

Objective To observe the value of comfort nursing in ICU intensive care. Methods From January to December 2017, 112 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU in our hospital were grouped according to the mode of care intervention selected by the patients and their families. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while the patients in the study group were given comfort care. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The quality of life scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The ICU monitoring time in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing for patients in ICU intensive care unit can improve the quality of life of patients and shorten the monitoring time of ICU. It is an ideal mode of nursing intervention and worthy of promotion.
