层级护理干预应用在ICU护理及对患者感染控制效果的影响分析

Effect of Hierarchical Nursing Intervention on Nursing and Infection Control in ICU

目的探讨在ICU护理以及对患者感染控制过程中,采用层级护理干预模式的效果。方法选取我院于2015年2月—2016年2月收治的ICU患者80例,根据患者入院时间分为研究组和参照组,每组各40例,参照组患者给予ICU常规护理干预,研究组患者给予层级护理干预,对比两组患者护理质量、感染控制程度、患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者护理质量均优于参照组患者护理质量,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),参照组患者总感染率为25%,高于研究组患者的5%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU患者采用层级护理干预能够有效提高患者的护理质量,对患者感染控制也具有显著效果,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical nursing intervention in ICU nursing and patients＇ infection control. Methods80 ICU patients in our hospital were selected from February 2015 to February 2016, according to the admission time were divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group, according to the ICU group were given routine nursing intervention, patients in study group were given nursing intervention. The nursing quality, infection control and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality of the study group was better than that of the reference group, the difference between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total infection rate in the reference group was 25%, higher than that in the study group of 5%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hierarchical nursing intervention for ICU patients can effectively improve the quality of patients＇ care, and has significant effect on infection control of patients, improve patients＇ satisfaction degree of nursing
