摘要
目的观察整体护理应用于分泌性中耳炎围术期,对患儿听力的影响。方法以手术治疗的76例分泌性中耳炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组38例,对照组实施耳鼻喉科围术期常规护理,研究组则在对照组基础上实施整体护理,比较两组患儿的听力情况及护理满意度。结果研究组总有效率为94.7%,高于对照组的76.3%,护理满意度分数为(97.8±2.1)分,高于对照组的(86.9±3.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎围术期患儿应用整体护理,可有效恢复患儿的听力,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing on perioperative period of secretory otitis media and its effect on hearing. Methods 76 patients with otitis media underwent surgical treatment were randomly divided into study group and control group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine otolaryngological perioperative care, and the study group based on the control group was given overall care and hearing and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.7% higher than that of the control group of 76.3%. The score of the nursing satisfaction score（97.8±2.1） was higher than that of the control group（86.9±3.5）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in perioperative patients with secretory otitis media can effectively restore the patient＇s hearing and improve nursing satisfaction.
