探讨新生儿抚触在临床护理中的应用效果

目的探讨新生儿抚触在临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取在我院出生的新生儿120例作为临床研究对象,采用随机的方式分组,分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对对照组新生儿采用常规护理方式,对观察组新生儿采用常规护理+抚触护理方式,观察比较两组新生儿的发育情况。结果新生儿出生1天时,各项发育指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新生儿出生30天时,观察组的各项发育指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿采取抚触护理,能有效提高新生儿的肠胃功能,促进消化和吸收,并有助于睡眠,对新生儿的生长发育有着积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of neonatal massage in clinical nursing. Methods 120 newborns born in our hospital were selected as clinical research objects and randomly divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group. The normal nursing method was used in the newborns of the control group, and the newborns in the observation group were treated with routine nursing and touch nursing, and the development of the two groups of newborns was observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the developmental indexes between the 1 days after birth（P〉0.05）. When newborns were born 30 days, the development indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing care of newborns can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of newborns, promote digestion and absorption, and help sleep. It has a positive effect on the growth and development of newborns.
