摘要
Web2.0时代下,社交媒体蓬勃发展,给档案信息服务带来新的机遇和挑战。本文利用SWOT分析法,分析档案馆利用社交媒体开展信息服务的内部优势、劣势以及外部机遇、威胁,并提出相应措施,以便充分发挥社交媒体的优势,提高档案馆的信息服务质量。
In the era of Web 2.0, social media is flourishing, bringing new opportunities and challenges to the archive information service. This article analyzes the internal advantages, disadvantages and external opportunities and threats of utilizing the social media by means of SWOT analysis, and puts forward corresponding measures in order to give full play to the advantages of social media and improve the quality of the information service of the archives.
