The national standard GB/T 51274—2017 technical code for urban utility tunnel supervision and alarm system engineering will be officially implemented on July 1,2018,which has the important practical significance to further promote the utility tunnel construction. The setting background and partial content of the standard were interpreted. It can help the users understand the standard,and the users can accurately and expertly use the standard.
