“太原——西安”“枣核”形城市链构建设想

“Taiyuan-Xi'an” Date-Core Shape City Chain Construction Idea

在"太原——郑州——西安"三角形中,"太原——西安"城市链距离最长,因而构建难度也最大,但是该城市链对于强化晋中城市群与关中城市群间的互动水平具有重要意义,两个城市间要尽快形成"枣核"形城市链。在发展过程中,介休市、霍州市、临汾市、侯马市、运城市、渭南市要成为东侧城市链上的节点城市,吕梁市、延安市、铜川市要成为西侧城市链上的节点城市。"延安——临汾"处于"枣核"区域最宽阔地带,二者形成城市组团并构成横向城市链,能够更好地整合南北两侧的中心地,并通过节点城市最终与太原、西安联系在一起。在构建"太原——西安"城市链过程中,还要按照"分区+分步"的发展思路形成"临汾——侯马"组团、"延安——临汾"组团、"运城——渭南"组团、延安组团、"吕梁——太原"组团,加大不同层级中心地间的整合程度。

In the triangle of＂Taiyuan-Zhengzhou-Xi＇an＂,the distance between Taiyuan and Xi＇an is longest,and thus the difficulty to build the city chain is the biggest,but this city chain is significant to strengthen the interaction level between Jinzhong urban agglomeration and Guanzhong urban agglomeration,so a＂date core＂shape city chain between the two cities must be formed as soon as possible. In the process of development,Jiexiu city,Huozhou city,Linfen city,Houma city,Yuncheng city,and Weinan city will be the node cities of the east city chain,and Lvliang city,Yan＇an city,Tongchuan city will become the node cities of the west city chain.＂Yanan-Linfen＂is located in the broadest area of the city chain,the city group composed by the two cities forms a east-west direction city chain,it can better integrate the centers north to it and south to it,and through the node cities ultimately linked,Taiyuan and Xian city will be ultimately linked with each other. In the procession of constructing＂Taiyuan-Xian＂urban chain,we should also obey the principle of ＂Section by section ＋ step by step＂,and form ＂Linfen-Houma＂city group,＂Yanan-Linfen＂city group,＂Yuncheng-Weinan＂city group,Yanan city group,＂lvliang-Taiyuan＂city group,so to increase the integration degree of different centers on different level.
