长江经济带贸易便利化对安徽省出口贸易的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Trade Facilitation of Yangtze River Economic Zone on the Export Trade of Anhui Province

在当今世界贸易保护主义兴起的大背景下,推行贸易便利化已经成为国内外的共识。文章基于安徽省与其前十大贸易伙伴国2011至2015年的相关数据,在测算长江经济带贸易便利化水平的基础上,利用贸易引力模型实证分析了长江经济带对安徽省出口贸易的影响。研究结果表明:长江经济带贸易便利化水平正在逐年提高,但仍然处在一般便利化的水平,与贸易便利化程度高的国家仍具有很大差距。基于引力模型的实证结果可以发现,贸易伙伴国的经济总量、长江经济带贸易便利化水平、是否接壤等因素均为促进安徽省出口贸易的重要因素,其中长江经济带贸易便利化的促进程度最大。因此,安徽省应进一步加强基础设施建设,改善口岸条件和规制环境,推动信息技术在贸易过程中的运用和发展,提高贸易便利化水平,从而促进出口贸易的发展。

In the context of the rise of trade protectionism in the world today,the implementation of trade facilitation has become a consensus both at home and abroad.Based on the data of Anhui and its top 10 trading partners in the period from 2011 to 2015,this paper analyzes the influence of the Yangtze River economic zone on the export trade of Anhui province on the basis of measuring the trade facilitation level of the Yangtze River Economic Zone.The results show that the level of trade facilitation in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is increasing year by year,but still at the level of general convenience, and there is still a big gap with countries with high degree of trade facilitation.Based on the empirical results of the gravity model,we can find that the economic aggregate of the trading partners,the level of trade facilitation of the Yangtze River economic zone,whether or not the border are the important factors to promote the export trade of Anhui province,among which the promotion degree of trade facilitation in the Yangtze River economic zone maximum. Therefore,Anhui province should further strengthen the infrastructure construction,improve the port conditions and regulatory environment, promote the use and development of information technology in the trade process,and improve the level of trade facilitation,thus promoting the development of export trade.
