摘要
分享经济是伴随着"互联网+"浪潮产生的最具特色的经济发展模式,具有意义重大的时代内涵和特征。分享经济时代背景下人力资源开发面临着前所未有的困境及挑战,面对这些挑战,应从运用灵活的内部管理方式、优化人力资源管理职能、搭建科学规范的管理平台和创建开放的企业文化以促进人际交流等四个方面进行破解,以实现人力资源开发效益的最大化。
Accompanying the surge of "Internet + ",the sharing economy has been emerged as one of the most distinguishing modes of economic development and has great significance in terms of times connotation and characteristics. In sharing economy age,human resources development has been facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges. Facing these challenges,in order to promote interpersonal communication and maximize the efficiency of human resources development,the following four strategies can be applied,namely adopting flexible internal management,optimizing functions of human resources management,establishing a scientific and standardized management platform,and creating an open enterprise culture.
