阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床疗效

Effects of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in treatment of progressive stroke

目的:观察阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选取进展性脑卒中患者72例,按照入院先后顺序将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用氯吡格雷进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗有效率、神经功能缺损评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(94.44%)显著高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分为(2.1±0.7)分,低于对照组的(4.6±0.9)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的皮肤瘀斑、泌尿道出血、牙龈出血等不良反应发生率均为2.78%。结论:阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗进展性脑卒中的临床疗效优于单纯阿司匹林治疗疗效。

Objective： To observe effects of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in treatment of progressive stroke. Methods：72 patients with progressive stroke were selected divided into observation group and control group according to the admission order,36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single Aspirin,while the observation group was treated with Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel. The treatment effects,neurological deficit scores and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（ 94. 44%） was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the neurological deficit score in the observation group was（ 2. 1 ±0. 7） points,which was lower than that in the control group of（ 4. 6±0. 9） points,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidences of adverse reactions such as skin ecchymosis,urinary tract bleeding,and gum bleeding were 2. 78% in both groups. Conclusions： Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of progressive stroke is more effective than single Aspirin.
