INFECON~ Ⅲ质量追溯系统在消毒供应中心手术室器械管理中的应用效果观察

Effect observation of INFECON~ Ⅲ quality traceability system in operating room equipment management of sterilization supply center

目的:观察INFECON~ Ⅲ质量追溯系统在消毒供应中心手术室器械管理中的应用效果。方法:抽取消毒供应中心的手术器械包20 000件作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组10 000件。观察组采用INFECON~ Ⅲ质量追溯系统进行管理,对照组采用手工监测及追溯。对比两组器械包的灭菌合格率及不合格灭菌包的召回率。结果:观察组灭菌合格率为99.91%,明显高于对照组的98.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组不合格灭菌包召回率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的59.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:INFECON~ Ⅲ质量追溯系统可提高消毒供应中心手术器械灭菌合格率和不合格品召回率。

Objective： To observe effects of INFECON Ⅲ quality traceability system in operating room equipment management of sterilization supply center. Methods： Totally 20,000 surgical instruments from the sterilization supply center were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group（ n = 10,000） and control group（ n = 10,000） according to the random number table method. The observation group was managed with the INFECON Ⅲ quality tracing system,while the control group was manually monitored and traced. The sterilization qualified rate and the recall rate of the unqualified sterilization packs of the two groups were compared. Results： The sterilization qualified rate of the observation group（ 99. 91%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 98. 34%）,and the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Further,the recall rate of the unqualified sterilization packs of the observation group（ 100. 00%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 59. 04%）,and the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The INFECON Ⅲ quality traceability system can improve the sterilization qualified rate and the recall rate of the unqualified sterilization packs of the sterilization supply center,and its effects are more obvious than manual monitoring and tracing.
