内科护士对心血管疾病患者临床观察能力培养

Clinical observation ability training of nurses in emergency department for cardiovascular patients

目的:探讨内科护士对心血管疾病患者观察能力培养效果。方法:选取62名内科护士作为观察对象,分析护士对心血管疾病病人临床观察能力不足的原因,并对其进行培养。比较培养前后护士临床观察能力、胜任力(胜任力量表)、医生满意度和患者投诉率。结果:培养后护士临床观察能力考核评分、胜任力量表各项评分均明显高于培养前(P<0.05);培养后,医生满意度为98.33%(59/60),明显高于培养前的86.67%(52/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培养后,患者投诉率为0.65%,明显低于培养前的1.52%(P<0.05)。结论:开展内科护士对心血管疾病患者观察能力培养取得显著效果。

Objective： To analyze effects of clinical observation ability training of nurses in emergency department for cardiovascular patients. Methods： Sixty-two emergency department nurses were selected as observation objects to analyze the causes of low clinical observation ability of nurses for the cardiovascular patients,and to be trained. The clinical observation abilities,the competency（ nurse competent scale）,the doctor satisfaction and the patient complaint rates before and after the training were compared. Results： After the training,the scores of the nurses＇ clinical observation ability assessment and the scores of the competent scale were significantly higher than those before the training（ P〈0. 05）. The doctors＇ satisfaction after the training（ 98. 33%,59/60） was significantly higher than that before the training（ 86. 67%,52/60）（ P〈0. 05）. Further,the complaint rate of the patients（ 0. 65%） was significantly lower than that before the training（ 1. 52%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The training can significantly improve nurses ＇clinical observation ability for the cardiovascular patients.
