全要素生产率提升与新旧动能转换——以青岛为例 被引量:7

摘要 利用青岛1981—2016年数据,运用索洛模型对青岛全要素生产率进行测度。测度结果显示,青岛经济持续高速增长的主要动能总体上来自要素投入的增加,经济增长仍以旧动能为主。因此青岛新旧动能转换空间巨大。基于全要素生产率提升视角,新旧动能转变的方向和路径主要有:要素效率提升与升级,存量调整和增量培育,产业结构优化,市场主体素质与核心竞争力提升,制度变革和科技创新。 Based on the data of Qingdao from 1981 to 2016, Solow model was used to measure the total factor productivity. The measurement results show that the main kinetic energy of the sustained and rapid growth of Qingdao's economy is on the whole from the increase of the input of the elements, and the economic growth is still dominated by the old kinetic energy. Therefore, there is huge room for the transformation of new kinetic energy. Based on the perspective of total factor productivity improvement, the direction and the path of switching and connecting the new and old kinetic energy are mainly as: to promote and upgrade the factor efficiency, to adjust the stock, to increase the cultivation, to optimize the industrial structure, to promote the market subject quality and core competitiveness, to reform the system and to innovate the science and technology.
