国外跨学科研究生教育经验及其对我国跨学科研究生培养的启示 被引量:13

The experience of foreign interdisciplinary graduate student education and its enlightenment to the interdisciplinary postgraduate cultivation in China

摘要 学科交叉作为当今科学发展的新趋势,是教育转型改革的新方向,也是培养经济和社会发展需要的复合型创新人才的重要途径。各高校跨学科培养研究生是我国复合型创新人才的主要来源。麻省理工学院、剑桥大学、筑波大学等国外大学在整合教育资源、创新教育体制机制方面积累了跨学科研究生培养的典型经验。以此为鉴,我国高校的跨学科研究生培养应明确跨学科研究生培养目标,建立适合跨学科研究生培养选拔机制,变革跨学科研究生培养方式,以及完善跨学科研究生培养质量保障体系等。 As a new trend in the development of science, the interdisciplinary intersection is a new direction of education transformation reform as well as an important way to cultivate the compound innovative talents needed for economic and social development. The interdisciplinary graduate students in universities are the main source of innovative talents in China. MIT, Cambridge University, the University of Tsukuba and other famous foreign universities have accumulated many typical experience of interdisciplinary postgraduate education in integrating educational resources and innovating educational system and mechanism. In this regard, Chinese universities should clearly define the educational objectives, establish an suitable selection mechanism, reform the educational mode and improve the quality guarantee system for the graduate students in interdisciplinary studies, etc.
