On cultivating the internationalized talents with cross-cultural communicative competence

摘要 培养具有跨文化交际能力的国际化人才,是目前外语教学的核心目标之一。国内外学者从不同角度阐释了跨文化交际能力理论,其中跨文化敏感度和跨文化交际恐惧影响了跨文化交际能力的提高。培养国际化人才的跨文化交际能力,需实施跨文化的外语教育,包括国际化视野和外语思辨能力的培养;建立国际化师资队伍;构建渗透式跨文化交际能力培养模式。跨文化交际能力培养为人才培养研究提供了思路。 Cultivating internationalized talents with cross-cultural communication competence has been one of the focal points for the current college English teaching. Scholars at home and abroad have expounded the theory of intercultural communicative competence from different angles, and of which the intercultural sensitivity and intercultural communication apprehension has a strong impact on the improvement of cross-cultural communication competence. To cultivate the cross-cultural communication competence of international talents needs to implement the intercultural foreign language education, including the cultiveting of the international vision and the critical thoughts of foreign language, the establishing of internationalized faculty, and the cultivating of the cultivation model of intercultural communication competence. The cultivation of intercultural communicative competence provides a train of thought for the study of talent cultivation.
