基于“城市双修”理念的街头绿地规划研究——以南宁市为例

Research of Street Green Space Planning Based on the “Theory of Patchwork Urbanism and Ecological Restoration”——A Case Study of Nanning

近年来伴随城市建设的快速发展,南宁市在生态环境、生活质量等方面的问题开始凸显,尤其是在旧城区市民难以就近享有公共绿地.因此,本文基于生态修复、城市修补的城市有机更新理念,针对南宁市街头绿地建设现状存在的问题,结合南宁市规划公园绿地服务覆盖水平评测结果,按照查漏补缺、挖潜增绿、开发控绿的规划思路,通过五种用地挖掘方法,提出街头绿地规划布局方案及建设实施指引.通过街头绿地的规划建设,将有效填补公园绿地空间覆盖的不足,修复城市空间环境与景观风貌,满足市民亲绿近绿需求,建设生态宜居城市.

With the rapid development of urban construction, the urban issues in Nanning such as ecological environment, the quality of life and others are becoming obvious. Especially, it is diffcult for the citizens to use the public green space nearby in old city. Therefore, based on the urban organic renewal theory of patchwork urbanism and ecological restoration, this research focused on the main problems in the current street green space construction, with the evaluation results of the service coverage level of the planning park green space, put forward the planning layout of street green space and guidelines for construction by using leak flling, tapping the potential, developing with controlling planning ideas and fve methods for excavate lands. The planning and construction of street green space will fll the gap in the park green space coverage, repair the city environment and landscape, meet the public demands for green space and build ecological livable city.
