摘要
开发乡村旅游是促进农村劳动力有效就业,增加农民收入的重要途径.从乡村旅游发展的实际状况出发,总结分析了目前农民乡村旅游就业的两种基本类型:受雇就业和自主创业.并分析了乡村旅游发展中农民就业的困境和障碍,探讨了促进农民有效就业的机制建设.
The development of rural tourism is an important way to promote the efficiency employment of rural labor force and increase the income of farmers.Based on the actual situation of rural tourism development,this paper summarizes and analyzes two basic types of rural tourism employment：specific employment and self-employed.It also analyzes the difficulties and obstacles of the employment of farmers in the development of rural tourism,and probes into the construction of the mechanism to promote the efficiency employment of farmers.
