摘要
采用新鲜葡萄皮浸泡液,浓缩为4个质量分数1%,10%,20%,50%,分别与相同浓度的氯金酸反应制备出4种浓度的金纳米粒子溶胶,扫描金纳米粒子的吸收光谱,阐述判断金纳米粒子的粒径和含量。试验结果表明,在催化温度35℃,H_2O_2浓度0.25 mol/L,催化时间20 min时,可获得最优催化效果。
The main contents included the leather case of mother liquor with fresh grape,dilution for four concentrations 1%,10%,20% and 50%,respectively with the same concentration of gold chloride acid sol prepared four kinds of the konzentration of gold nanoparticles(Au NPs). Scaned the absorption spectra of gold nanoparticles,and analysied the size and content of gold nanoparticles. The results showed that the maximum catalytical effect was obtained at catalyze temperature 30 ℃,hydrogen peroxide 0.25 mol/L,response time 20 min.
