不同季节和天气采收的茯苓加工工艺及品质研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用低温无硫干燥技术对不同季节和天气采收的茯苓进行加工处理,优选加工工艺并进行品质评定。结果表明,4组不同季节和天气(秋季晴天、秋季雨天、春季晴天、春季雨天)采集的茯苓样品在40~65℃条件下干燥10~12 h,成品的水分含量能够控制在13%左右,其中秋季晴天的茯苓成品浸出物含量、折干率、出品率均最高,品质较好。因此,在生产过程中可以选择秋季晴天进行采挖,并选择干燥温度40~65℃,干燥时间10 h,4个阶段的排湿阈值分别控制为75%,70%,60%,45%。 In this study,the processing technology and quality evaluation of Poria Cocos were processed by low temperature and sulfur free drying process. The results showed that four groups(days in autumn,rainny days,in autumn,sunny days,in spreng,rainny days in spring) samples of Poria cocos in 40~65 ℃,drying 10~12 h,the moisture content of finished product to control about 13%. Among them,the amount of finished products,the rate of refraction and the production rate were the highest and the quality was better. Therefore,in the process of production,the sunny days in autumn for excavation are choosen. And selected drying temperature for 40~65 ℃,drying time for 10 h,the wet threshold of the four stages were controlled at 75%,70%,60% and 45% respectively.
