摘要
"营养配餐"课程是高职营养配餐专业的核心课程。重点介绍长垣烹饪职业技术学院在该课程实践教学上的设置,尽量与企业人才需求相衔接,以期进一步提高教学效果,提升学生综合能力,培养更多的营养工作者,以满足社会需要。
Nutrition Diet Design is a core course of nutrition majors in higher vocational colleges. This paper introduced the course of practice teaching setting in Changyuan Cuisine Vocatinal and Technical College. Tried to link up with the enterprise demand for talents,in order to further improve the teaching effect and the students' comprehensive ability,trained more nutrition workers to meet the needs of the society.
