摘要
"食品工厂设计"课程是建设、改建、扩建食品工厂的必备知识,是食品科学与工程专业学生必修的专业核心课程之一。通过分析在"食品工厂设计"课程教学中出现的问题,对教学内容、教学计划、教学方式、学生参与度、考核方式等5个方面进行了教学改革建议。
Food Factory Design was a necessary knowledge for building,modifying and expanding food factories. It is one of the core courses required by students of food science and engineering. This paper analyzed the problems in the teaching of the design course of the Food Factory Design,and made some suggestions on the teaching reform in five aspects including teaching content,teaching plan,teaching methods,student participation and assessment methods.
