摘要
本文以华北地区某生态园区为例,首先对适用于本项目的锅炉位置进行优化分析,其次提出五种能源中心系统形式,并对其分析不同方案初投资及年运行费用,最后采用动态费用年值法比较分析不同方案的经济效益。结果表明,复合暖通空调系统,相比单一系统,不仅可以实现节能,又可降低初投资,并减少年运行费用。
This paper takes an ecological park in north China as an example, firstly, Through analyzing the ticboiler position. Then proposing five kinds of energy center system, and analyzing the initial investment and annual operating cost of each scheme. Finally, adopting the dynamic annual cost method to make comparison analysis of the economic benefits of different schemes. The results show that the combined HVAC system can not only save energy, but also reduce the initial investment and annual operating cost.
