摘要 为降低直升机向机体传递的旋翼动载荷,提出了一种新型聚焦反共振式主减隔振装置。通过建立聚焦反共振式主减隔振系统参数模型,分析了聚焦反共振式主减隔振系统的载荷传递特性,讨论了弹簧板刚度、惯性质量等关键参数对主减模态频率以及隔振效率的影响;为了验证该模型及后续进一步研究,按照某型机主减接口加工了一套聚焦反共振式主减隔振装置同时进行了地面试验,计算结果与试验结果吻合。经试验结果表明,加装聚焦反共振式主减隔振装置对垂向、航向和侧向三向激励的隔振效率均达到了80%,为新研直升机以及现役直升机减隔振需求提供一条新的途径。 To reduce rotor wing’s dynamic loads transmitted to a helicopter fuselage,a new focal anti-resonant gearbox vibration isolation system was proposed. Through establishing the parametric model of this system,its load transmission characteristics were analyzed. The influences of spring plate stiffness,and inertial mass etc. key parameters on the system’s modal frequencies and vibration isolation efficiency were discussed. In order to validate this model and make further investigation,a new focal anti-resonant gearbox vibration isolation system was fabricated and tested on ground. The calculation results agreed well with those of tests. The test results showed that after this new system is installed on a helicopter,its fuselage vibration isolation efficiency reaches 80% in X,Y and Z directions,respectively;the study results provide a new way for vibration isolation of helicopters in active service and those in research.
