摘要
在一些精密仪器中,小电阻的测量使用小电流激励,导致测量精度有限和测量效率较低。为了提高测量精度与测量效率,提出利用Duffing振子检测的非线性检测方法对信号进行检测,减少电子器件内部的噪声干扰;硬件电路通过电流倒向测试法来消除定向直流误差,实现了多通道微弱信号的检测;通过Lab VIEW上位机对数据经行处理得到实时的电阻值。测试结果表明采用Duffing振子对小电阻阻值的测量能有效的提高系统测量精度。
In some precision instruments, small resistors use small current excitation,resulting in limited measurement accuracy and low measurement efficiency. In order to improve the measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency,a non-linear detection method based on Duffing oscillator detection is proposed to detect the signal and reduce the noise interference inside the electronic device. The hardware circuit is used to eliminate the directional DC error by the current backward test method,Signal detection; through the Lab VIEW computer on the data processing by the real-time resistance. The test results show that the measurement of small resistance value can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of the system by using Duffing oscillator.The test results show that the scheme of Duffing oscillator can improve the accuracy of the system for small resistance test.
