11味中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑制作用研究

Bacteriostatic Activities of Eleven Traditional Chinese Medicines against Propionibacterium acnes in Vitro

通过研究11味中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑制作用,筛选出用于治疗痤疮的中药单方与复方。采用牛津杯法测定了11味中药的水提液与醇提液的抑菌圈直径,发现同种中药的水提液与醇提液的抑菌效果相近,且痤疮丙酸杆菌对黄连高敏,对黄柏、黄芩、丹参、半枝莲中敏,对其余6味中药耐药。将黄连分别与其它4味有效中药复配,所得复方水提液中,黄连丹参复方抑菌效果较好,当黄连∶丹参(w/w)=1.5∶8.5时,其抑菌圈直径较大,达23.5 mm。提示黄连以及黄连丹参复方对痤疮丙酸杆菌有较好的抑制作用,为研制治疗痤疮的新药提供了依据。

The bacteriostatic activities of eleven traditional Chinese medicines（TCM） against Propionibacterium acnes（P. acnes） in vitro were investigated to select proper TCM and compounds used to treat acne. The inhibition zone diameter of water or alcoholic extracts from 11 kinds of TCM was measured. The results showed that the bacteriostatic activities of water and alcoholic extracts from the same kind of TCM were similar. Coptidis Rhizoma could obviously inhibit the growth of P. acnes, closely followed by Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Scutellariae, Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Scutellariae Barbatae which were less effective. P.acnes were resistant to the other 6 TCM. Then Coptidis Rhizoma was matched with the above four less-effective TCM for antibacterial test. The combination of Coptidis Rhizoma and Salvia Miltiorrhiza had more effective bacteriostatic effect. Its inhibition zone diameter was up to 23.5 mm when the mass concentration ratio of Coptidis Rhizoma to Salvia Miltiorrhiza was 1.5∶8.5. It revealed that Coptidis Rhizoma and its compound contained Salvia Miltiorrhiza had good bacteriostatic activities against P. acnes which provided evidence and support for developing new drugs to treat acne.
