缬沙坦联合丹参川芎嗪治疗高血压合并糖尿病的疗效观察

Efficacy of Valsartan Combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine in Treating Patients with Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus

将80例高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合丹参川芎嗪治疗,观察治疗前后两组的血压及肾功能。结果显示,经过治疗后两组患者的血压水平、尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮及胱抑素C均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组比对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结果表明,缬沙坦联合丹参川芎嗪治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者效果显著,既能有效的控制血压,又能改善患者的肾功能。

We selected 80 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with valsartan, and those in the observation group were given valsartan and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine. Then all patients were observed for changes of blood pressure and renal function before and after their treatments. After the treatments, the blood pressure, microalbuminuria, creatinine, urea nitrogen and cystatin C of all the patients were decreased significantly（P〈 0.05）, and the levels of the decreased indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The result shows that it is significant for valsartan combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in the treatment of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which can effectively control blood pressure and improve renal function.
