口腔专科医院门诊抗菌药物咨询分析

Analysis of Pharmaceutical Consultations of Antibiotics in a Stomatology Hospital

统计分析我院门诊药房2014~2016年的药物咨询记录。结果显示,大部分咨询内容集中于口腔科抗菌药物的使用,咨询问题主要为不良反应及注意事项、服药时间、用法用量;口腔颌面部感染以厌氧菌与需氧菌混合感染为主,建议选用青霉素类药物,或头孢菌素类联合硝基咪唑类抗感染。

Statistics and analysis of pharmaceutical consultations were conducted on records in our outpatient pharmacy from 2014 to 2016. The results showed that antibiotics were the most consultations in the aspect of categories of drugs; adverse reaction and cautions, medicine time, usage and dosage were the main contents consulted. Oral and maxillofacial infections are usually mixed with both aerobes and anaerobes, and combination of penicillins or cephalosporins with nitromidazoles are suggested.
