血塞通联合局部微波治疗对糖皮质激素无效合并糖尿病突发性耳聋的疗效 被引量:10

Curative Effect of Xuesaitong Combined with Local Microwave in the Treatment of Glucocorticoid-resistent Diabetes Mellitus with Sudden Deafness

摘要 目的:探讨血塞通联合局部微波治疗对糖皮质激素无效合并糖尿病突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效。方法:136例糖皮质激素治疗无效的合并糖尿病突发性耳聋患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者实施常规药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予血塞通静脉滴注联合局部微波治疗,治疗时间均为2个月,观察治疗结束时两组的临床疗效、血糖指标空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2h BG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),于治疗前、治疗后1、2、3个月时,采用卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评估患者的生活质量。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的FPG、P2h BG、Hb A1c明显降低,生活质量评分明显升高,且治疗后观察组的各项指标变化较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通静脉滴注联合局部微波治疗应用于糖皮质激素治疗无效合并糖尿病突发性耳聋患者疗效显著。 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong combined with local microwave in the treatment of glucocorticoid-resistent diabetes mellitus with sudden deafness( GRDMSD). Methods: 136 patients with GRDMSD were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group were treated with routine drugs while the study group were treated with intravenous drip of Xuesaitong combined with local microwave,and the treatment lasted for 2 months. The clinical efficacy and blood glucose indexes,including fasting plasma glucose( FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose( P2 h BG) and glycosylated hemoglobin( Hb A1 c),were observed in the two groups,and the quality of life was assessed by WHO Quality of Life Brief Scale( WHOQOL-BREF) ]. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). FPG,P2 h BG and Hb A1 c in the two groups decreased significantly while quality of life scores increased significantly,and changes of above indexes were more significant in the study group than in the control group( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: The application of intravenous drip of Xuesaitong combined with local microwave in the treatment of glucocorticoid-resistent diabetes mellitus with sudden deafness can effectively regulate blood glucose levels,and it has positive role in improving the quality of life of patients with GRDMSD.
