摘要
储罐内浮盘能有效减少油品的挥发损耗,有利于罐区的安全、健康、环境。浅浮盘因结构缺陷,沉盘事故频发。分析了沉盘的原因,并提出防范措施。
Steel shallow floating plate in the tank can effectively reduce the volatilizing loss of oil,which is beneficial to the safety,health and environment of the tank area. Due to some structural defects of the shallow floating disk,sinking accidents frequently occur.This paper analyzes the causes of the sinking and puts forward some preventive measures.
