通过对影响职业健康检查质量的不利因素进行深入剖析,发现部分职业健康检查机构存在缺乏长远发展目标、体检水平欠缺、过于追逐眼前利润等现象,一些用人单位也存在职业卫生管理水平低下和部分劳动者维权意识淡薄问题,这些因素严重制约了职业健康检查的质量与效果。建议政府部门加强联合监管,加大通报与处罚,倡导体检机构创建品牌,用人单位提供准确的必备信息,劳动者积极参与,以整体提高职业健康检查质量与效果,保护劳动者的健康。

Through in-depth analysis of unfavorable factors affecting the quality of occupational health examinations,it has been found that many occupational health checkup institutions have short-term development goals,lack of physical examination levels,and excessive pursuit of profit before the eyes. Some employers also have low levels of occupational health management. With some workers＇ awareness of their weak rights awareness,these factors have seriously hampered the quality and effectiveness of occupational health examinations. It is recommended that government departments strengthen joint supervision,increase notifications and penalties,advocate medical inspection agencies to create brands,employers provide accurate and necessary information,and laborers actively participate in the overall improvement of the quality and effectiveness of occupational health checks to protect the health of workers.
