煤化工工程项目现场安全管理绩效考核与评价研究

Study on Performance Appraisal and Evaluation of Site Safety Management of Coal Chemical Engineering Projects

针对煤化工工程现场安全管理绩效考核方面存在的问题,提出适用于煤化工工程项目的现场安全管理绩效考核体系和方法,包括考核目标体系设计、安全管理绩效实施程序和量化安全管理绩效考核方法,并将安全管理绩效考核与项目团队建设活动相结合,通过绩效考核活动,完善项目团队激励机制,提升项目团队整体业绩。

In view of the problems existing in the field safety management performance appraisal of coal chemical engineering projects,a site safety management performance appraisal system and method applicable to the coal chemical engineering project are proposed,including assessment target system design,safety management performance implementation procedures and quantitative safety management performance appraisal. The method combines safety management performance assessment with project team building activities,and through performance appraisal activities,improves the project team incentive mechanism to enhance the overall performance of the project team.
