以心理干预为主的综合护理对COPD患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Based on Psychological Intervention on Anxiety and Depression in COPD Patients

目的探讨开展以心理干预为主的综合性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年9月呼吸科收治的100例COPD患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组患者执行常规治疗康复护理流程,观察组患者实施常规护理基础上,开展以心理干预为主的综合性护理,包括健康教育、药物治疗、吸氧护理、饮食指导等方面。观察比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑(SAS)和抑郁(SDS)评分、患者治疗护理效果以及对护理服务的满意度情况。结果在患者SAS和SDS评分比较方面,观察组均要明显低于对照组,在患者治疗护理的总有效率及对护理的总满意度比较方面,观察组均要显著高于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以心理护理为主的综合护理能显著改善COPD患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者肺功能恢复,提高临床治疗效果和患者满意度,具有很好的应用价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on psychological intervention on the anxiety and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods 100 COPD patients admitted in our respiratory department from January 2017 to September 2017 were randomly divided into control group（n = 50） and observation group（n = 50）. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation nursing care while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care based on psychological interventions apart from conventional rehabilitation nursing,including health education,medication,oxygen therapy and dietary guidance. The anxiety score（SAS） and depression score（SDS） of the two groups before and after nursing,nursing effect and patients＇ satisfaction towards nursing were observed and compared. Results SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of nursing care and the total satisfactory degree of the observation group were remarkably higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing based on psychological intervention can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of COPD patients,promote the recovery of lung function,improve the clinical treatment effect and patients＇ satisfaction,which has great application value and is worthy of clinical application.
