摘要
冠心病的发病率越来越高,已成为危害全球健康安全的三大杀手之一,而低密度脂蛋白胆固醇已经被证实为冠心病的独立危险因素,PCSK9基因突变能增加低密度脂蛋白的浓度,从而加重冠心病的发生及发展,本文就PCSK9的发现、基因结构、分布、基因突变类型、与低密度脂蛋白的关系及与冠心病的关系现状作以综述。
With the increasing incidence,coronary heart disease has become one of the three major killers that endanger global health and safety. Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol has been confirmed as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease. PCSK9 gene mutation can increase the low-density lipoprotein concentration,thus aggravating the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. This article reviews the findings of PCSK9,gene structure of PCSK9,distribution of PCSK9,types of gene mutations of PCSK9 as well as its relationship with low-density lipoprotein and with coronary heart disease.
