摘要
急性胸痛可由多种疾病引起,对患者的生命所造成的威胁程度也不尽相同。常见的危重疾病有急性胸痛、急性冠脉综合征、急性肺动脉栓塞、主动脉夹层、气胸、心包填塞等。综合分析各种疾病的胸痛表现形式及其最新、最有效的诊疗措施,可有效改善患者预后。本文综合阐述国内外近年来急性胸痛与临床相关疾病的最新研究进展。
Acute chest pain which can be caused by many diseases can threaten patients＇ life to various degrees. The common critical diseases include acute chest pain,acute coronary syndrome,acute pulmonary embolism,aortic dissection,pneumothorax,and pericardial tamponade. The comprehensive analysis of various manifestations and the latest and most effective diagnosis and treatment measures of the chest pain related to various diseases can be greatly helpful to improve the prognosis of patients. In this paper,the recent advances in the research of acute chest pain and related clinical diseases at home and abroad are reviewed.
