血速升颗粒治疗贫血模型鼠的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价血速升颗粒对于不同贫血模型的作用。方法分别建立小鼠急性失血性贫血模型及大鼠化疗药物引发的贫血模型。不同疾病模型均设置空白对照组、模型对照组、试验组及阳性药物对照组。造模前给药一段时间,造模开始后不同时间点取血,测定全血中白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及网织红细胞共5个指标。比较相同时间点,不同组别间各血液指标的统计学差异。结果血速升颗粒组在小鼠急性失血性贫血模型中,与模型对照组比较,红细胞、网织红细胞计数及血红蛋白含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对白细胞及血小板的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大鼠化疗性贫血模型中,与模型对照组比较,在化疗药物伤害期及恢复期白细胞、网织红细胞、红细胞计数及血红蛋白含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对血小板的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血速升颗粒能够改善小鼠急性失血导致的红细胞和血红蛋白减少,对化疗药物引起的白细胞、红细胞和血红蛋白降低有效,能够明显改善骨髓的造血功能。 Objective To evaluate the effect of XueSuSheng granule on different anemia models.Methods In this study, the models of acute hemorrhagic anemia in mice and the anemia model induced by chemotherapeutic drugs in rats were established. The blank control group, the model control group, the test group and the positive drug control group were set up in different disease models. After a period of time of administration, blood samples were collected from different time points after the model was started, and five indexes of white blood cells(WBC), red blood cells(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb), platelets(PLT) and reticulocytes(RET) were measured. A statistical difference was found between the same time points and between different groups.Results By comparing the XueSuSheng granule group and the model group, the increase of the counts of RBC, Hb and RET had statistical significance( P 〈 0.05), but had no statistical significance on WBC and PLT in mice acute hemorrhagic anemia model( P 〉0.05). The increase of the counts of WBC, RBC, Hb and RET had statistical significance( P 〈0.05), but had no statistical significance on PLT( P 〉0.05) in rats chemotherapy anemia model.Conclusion XueSuSheng granule can improve RBC and Hb reduction caused by acute blood loss, and has positive effect on WBC, RBC and Hb reduction by significantly improving bone marrow hematopoietic function.
