摘要
论述了磨粉机齿辊的表面特性,并分析了齿辊表面参数特性对制粉质量的影响。同时从传统检测方法、接触式齿辊轮廓测量和非接触式光学齿型测量等方面探讨了齿辊测量方法的发展,为进一步提高我国齿辊检测技术提供了参考。
The surface characteristics of the gear roller and the impact of surface properties on the milling were analyzed.From the traditional testing methods,the measurement of contact tooth roller profile measuring instrument and the measurement of non-contact optical tooth profile measuring instrument,we discussed the development of foreign tooth roller testing technology,and provided reference for the development of tooth roller testing technology in China.
