在分析了目前婴幼儿食品和乳品中钙的检测方法的基础上,利用样品中钙与偶氮胂Ⅲ作用生成蓝色复合物,其颜色深浅与钙浓度成正比,使用SS-330乳钙检测仪,快速测定样品中的钙含量。该方法操作简便,只需要简单的试剂即可完成测定,对操作人员要求不高且相对安全。该方法准确可行,可作为生产单位自检手段,解决乳品企业由于钙含量检测时间过长导致的生乳收购过程耗时过长等问题。

Based on the analysis of the current methods for the determination of calcium in infant foods and dairy products,according to the principle that the blue complex was formed by the interaction of calcium in samples with arsenazoⅢ,the color of which was in direct proportion to the concentration of calcium,we quickly determined the content of calcium in samples by SS-330 milk calcium detector.The method was easy to operate,and needed only a small amount of reagents to complete the determination.It was accurate and feasible,and could be used as a self-examination means in production to solve the problem that the purchasing process of dairy in enterprises was time-consuming due to the long time of calcium content detection.
