摘要
为解决在油田中对抽油机的参数进行实时监控和及时掌握抽油机的工作状态等问题,提出一种基于移动终端的油井远程监测系统.此系统由数据采集、数据传输、数据处理和视频监控等四部分组成,其中数据采集部分是利用单片机控制传感器采集数据;数据传输部分是利用Wi Fi模块在本地和云端之间实现数据交互;数据处理部分是通过代码实现画示功图;视频监控部分是利用路由器作为一个"桥"实现摄像头和手机的连接.此系统可以通过Android手机APP和微信公众号来实现.最后完成了整个系统的制作,并通过仿真实验验证了此系统的可行性和有效性.该系统为抽油机参数检测及其工作状态监控提供了极大的便利,同时也减轻了工作人员的负担.
In order to solve the parameters in oil pumping machine for real-time monitoring,and timely grasp the problem of pumping working condition,this paper proposes a well remote monitoring system based on mobile terminal. The system consists of four parts,which are data acquisition,data transmission,data processing and video monitoring. The data acquisition part uses MCU to control the sensor to collect the data needed. Data transmission part uses Wi Fi module to realize data interaction between local and cloud. Data processing part is to drawindicator diagram by code. The video surveillance section uses the router as a "bridge"to connect the camera to the mobile phone. This system can be realized by APP of Android mobile phone and We Chat public number. Finally,the whole system is made,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the system areverified by the simulation experiment. The system provides a great convenience for oil pumping machine parameter detection and working state monitoring,and also reduces the burden on the staff.
