打捞落井测井仪器和电缆作业实践

东海探井BX9井在8.375 in井段钻井过程中钻遇了很好的油气显示,但该井在裸眼电测MDT时电缆发生粘卡,在穿心打捞过程中,因作业人员误操作导致电缆断裂,落井电缆总长度3 000 m,仪器23.12 m。现场紧急制作5种打捞工具,进行22次的连续打捞作业,共耗时13 d,最终仪器和电缆全部打捞成功。此文详细阐述了电缆遇卡和打捞作业过程,为今后类似作业提供借鉴。

Good oil and gas show was penetrated in the exploration well BX9 during drilling process at the 8.375-inch interval in East China Sea. But during the process of MDT in the naked hole, the wireline got stuck. Due to misoperation, the wireline was broken during fishing. When fishing the wireline, the total length of wireline fishing is 3 000 meters, the equipment is 23.12 meters. Five kinds of fishing tools were made urgently on site, and the fishing operation was conducted for 22 times continuously in 13 days. Wireline logging equipment and wireline had been fished successfully. In this paper, the process of wireline fishing operation is described in detail, which provides reference for similar operation in the future.
